Silane XL

SX407:CM424
Silane crosslinkable low-smoke low-toxicity halogen-free flame-retardant compound, for insulation of LV cables and sheathing of all types of cables.
Special Characteristics
A flame-retardant chemically crosslinkable compound curable by exposure to moist conditions, and possessing good extrudability at reasonable output rates. The graft component SX407 is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM424 generally in the ratio 95:5. The SX407:CM424 compound has been specifically developed to meet the requirements of limited toxic/corrosive fume emission.

TP519 is available as TP519N (natural colour) or TP519NU (with a non-staining UV stabiliser incorporated); and as TP519B (coloured black) or TP519BU (with sufficient carbon black incorporated to give UV stability). All versions comply with the requirements of VDE Spec 0207 Part 24 for type HM2, HM4 & BS 7655 Section 6.1, types LTS 1-4.

Special Characteristics
A flame-retardant low-smoke thermoplastic compound, which has been specially, developed to meet the requirements
of limited toxic/corrosive fume emission. TP519C has been developed to offer good processability at high extrusion speeds and having very little die drool. TP519C is available as TP519CN (natural colour) or TP519CNU (with a non-staining UV stabiliser incorporated); and as TP519CB (coloured black) or TP519BU (with sufficient carbon black incorporated to give UV stability). All versions comply with the requirements of VDE Spec 0207 Part 24 for type HM4.

TP521 is available as TP521 N (natural colour) or TP521 NU (with a non-staining UV stabiliser incorporated); and as TP521 B (coloured black) or TP521 BU (with sufficient carbon black-incorporated to give UV stability). TP521 has been specially developed to comply with the requirements of VDE Spec 0207 Part 24 for type HM2, HM4 & BS 7655 Section 6.1, type LTS1-4.

Special Characteristics
A flame-retardant low-smoke thermoplastic compound which has been specially developed to meet the requirements of limited toxic/corrosive emission and having low melt viscosity for ease of processing on PVC extruders. TP536 is available as TP536N (natural colour) or TP536NU (with a non-staining UV stabiliser incorporated); and as TP536B (coloured black) or TP536BU (with sufficient carbon black incorporated to give UV stability). All versions comply with the requirements of VDE Spec 0207 Part 24 for type HM4.

TP543 is available as TP543N (natural colour) or TP543NU (with a non-staining UV stabiliser incorporated); and as TP543B (coloured black) or TP543BU (with sufficient carbon black incorporated to give UV stability). All versions comply with the requirements of VDE Spec 0207 Part 24 for type HM2 and BS 7655 Section 6: 1, type LTS 1.

A flame-retardant low-smoke thermoplastic compound which has been specially developed to meet the requirements of limited toxic/corrosive fume emission, having good moisture resistance and hot pressure performance. This product has been designed for easy processing & has a high melt flow index whilst maintaining all the mechanical properties offered by TP521. TP544 is available as TP544 (natural colour) or TP544NU (with a non-staining UV stabiliser incorporated); and as TP544B (coloured black) or TP544BU (with sufficient carbon black incorporated to give UV stability). TP544 has been specially developed to comply with the requirements of VDE Spec 0207 Part 24 for type HM2 and HM4.
